Do you have a business idea but are missing the right people on your team? Or maybe you have skills in tech, business or marketing and want to get a taste of the startup world but are still looking for the right idea to follow? At Launch Control's Co-Founder Matchmaking event, you'll meet exactly the right people to get your idea off the ground, or your team started, all in a relaxed atmosphere - you're bound to go home with new contacts, and perhaps even with a future co-founder or team member.
What it's all about
Launch Control brings two groups together for an event full of connection: founders with a business idea or early-stage start-ups who are looking to grow their team, and talented individuals with specific skills who are eager to get involved in a start-up, without needing to bring an idea of their own.
Through short live pitches, an open Q&A session, and a focused matchmaking session, the first connections are made, which can be continued and deepened afterwards over apéro.
Who is the event for?
You have an idea (Founder): You have a business idea or an early-stage startup and are looking for team members with specific skills - whether that be in tech, business or marketing.
Looking for a project (Talent): You bring specific skills to the table but don't have an idea of your own yet, and you'd like to gain hands-on startup experience. Having your own business idea is not a requirement.

What to Bring
As a Founder: a one-page slide outlining your idea (this will be your pitch slide), along with a prepared 2-minute pitch. Please submit the slide in advance to info@launchcontrol.ch
As a Talent: nothing more than your motivation - a pitch is required
